Sometimes, a session feels like everything has come full circle, and John + Emily’s maternity shoot at Cherokee Park was exactly that. Two years ago, John got down on one knee and proposed to Emily in this very spot. Fast forward to today, and they’re back, excitedly awaiting the arrival of not one, but two little bundles of joy—twins due in December!
A Meaningful Location: Returning to Their Proposal Spot
Cherokee Park, with its natural beauty and charm, has always been a special place for John + Emily. Coming back to the spot where they got engaged, and even using the blanket from that memorable day, made this maternity session even more meaningful. You could feel the emotion as they sat on the same blanket where John proposed, now preparing to embark on an exciting new chapter as parents. The love between them was undeniable, and the joy of welcoming their twins was clear in every smile and laugh they shared.
The Sweetest Couple and Double the Excitement
John + Emily are just the sweetest couple, and their excitement about becoming parents was contagious. Knowing they are expecting twins, due in December, added an extra layer of excitement and anticipation to the session. They’ve got their hands full in the best way possible, and I can already tell they’re going to be incredible parents.
