This is a premiere space in Downtown Louisville that was renovated in 2008. New furniture, high end appliances, laundry in unit, gas cooking, large island overlooking the living room. This space is an entertainers dream or a great place to relax and check out all the sites from your private balcony. About 1 mile (or less) to many of the great downtown features including YUM Center, Soccer Stadium, NULU, and Waterfront Park. Just a few blocks to the Convention Center and a short uber/lyft to the Airport, Highlands, Crescent Hill, Old Louisville, or University of Louisville Campus.”
