For a Beckley Creek Park engagement session, November is always a gamble with the weather, but for Nick + Taylor’s engagement session we hit the jackpot! For the time of year, the weather was surprisingly pleasant—chilly enough to remind us it was fall but not too cold to enjoy the golden sunlight that glowed through the trees.

Taylor and Nick have such a warm and easygoing energy that made our time together fly by. Their sweet dog, Penelope, was the perfect addition to their session, bringing so much personality and fun to the photos. She was a total star, posing and showing off her charm at every opportunity.

The park offered the perfect backdrop, with its late-autumn beauty on full display. From glowing fields to tree-lined paths, Beckley Creek’s serene vibe paired wonderfully with Taylor + Nick’s genuine connection. Watching them laugh and interact with Penelope made for some truly heartwarming moments.
